How much space does the booth need?
A flat 3m x 3m area with at least 2.5m of height clearance, and a standard plug point within 10 metres. It works indoors and outdoors.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Gauteng and cover Pretoria, Johannesburg and the whole province in our standard pricing. We also travel to KwaZulu-Natal (Durban, Umhlanga, Ballito) and the Western Cape (Cape Town and the Winelands) for events, quoted with travel included. Ask us for a quote with your venue.
Is an attendant included?
Always. Every booking includes a professional attendant who sets up, helps guests, manages props and packs down afterwards.
Do guests get digital copies?
Yes. Every package includes a private online gallery and a USB flash drive with all the photos, on top of the instant prints and fridge magnets.
Can we customise the prints?
Every package includes a custom print design to match your colours, names, logo or theme. We send it for approval before the event.
Can the booth match our colours?
Yes. The LED lighting can be set to a single colour that matches your décor or cycle through colours during the event.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular weekends in season fill up 6 to 8 weeks ahead. If your event is sooner, message us anyway. We often have availability.
How long does setup take?
We arrive about an hour before your start time. The booth inflates and is tested within roughly 30 minutes, so it is ready well before your first guests arrive. Setup and pack-down are not counted in your hire time.
What do you need from the venue?
A flat area of about 3m x 3m, 2.5m of height clearance and a standard wall plug within 10 metres. If you are unsure whether your space works, send us a photo and we will confirm.
